When shown numbered options, press the number on your keyboard (like 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5) to make your choice. 

When shown no options, press either the SPACEBAR on your keyboard, or the L key or the Z key on your keyboard - or LEFT CLICK with your mouse, to continue the game.
